Carburettor Air Intake - Fits Linkert M Series - AM-13 Style

Now updated to the Mk3 for improved flow

This Aluminium intake is compatible with Linkert "M" series carburettors and allows you to get the classic racing look of a Schebler AM-13 on a linkerts while still looking of the time.

This part consists of a single flange that mounts to the carburettor with the 4 factory screws (not supplied). it will accept both the standard flat drive screw, the oversized flat drive screw and will also even accept modern allen-head screws. 

Then there is the intake horn/bell-mouth that is a snug fit over the flange.  The horn has one M4x0.7mm set-screw/grubs-screw hidden under the front lip that allows it to be located tightly onto the flange.

There are 5-Positions that you can mount the horn:

• Forward Facing
• 45 degree Front Facing
• Down Facing
• 45 degree Rear Facing
• Rear Facing

By rotating the flange 180 degree the same positions can be achieved but UPWARDS facing, this allowing for 9 positions!

The whole part weights only 86g! 25% less than my Mk1 and 2 models.

Some gentle felting of the part may be required if you consider it too snug but this is only because I sell most of my parts in raw finish too keep your costs down, and also allow you to polish, anodize, antique, or paint as required.

I recommend a dab of Loctite 243 or Loctite Blue thread locker on the set screw once you have chosen your position just to prevent vibration affecting it.
