Customer Fitment, Compliance and Return Shipping Acknowledgement

By purchasing products from Award Cycle ("the Company"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Fitment Responsibility

I understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether the products I am purchasing are suitable for my intended application, vehicle, motorcycle, equipment, or other use.

I acknowledge that Award Cycle does not guarantee compatibility, fitment, performance, or suitability unless expressly stated in writing. Any fitment information provided by Award Cycle is offered as general guidance only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.

I accept full responsibility for confirming compatibility prior to purchase and installation.

2. Legal Compliance Responsibility

I acknowledge that laws, regulations, certification requirements, roadworthiness standards, emissions requirements, safety regulations, import restrictions, and vehicle modification rules vary between countries, states, provinces, territories, and local jurisdictions.

I accept sole responsibility for ensuring that any products purchased from Award Cycle may be legally imported, possessed, installed, used, and operated within my jurisdiction.

Award Cycle makes no representation or warranty that any product complies with the laws or regulations applicable to my location.

3. Installation and Use

I acknowledge that improper installation, modification, maintenance, or use of any product may result in damage, injury, loss, or legal consequences.

I accept full responsibility for ensuring that all products are installed and used correctly and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional.

4. Raw Parts, Final Fitting and Minor Adjustment

I acknowledge that certain products supplied by Award Cycle may be provided in a raw, unfinished, prototype, low-volume production, motorsport, custom-manufactured, fabrication-ready, or aftermarket condition.

I understand and accept that such products may require minor adjustment, fettling, trimming, filing, sanding, drilling, slotting, deburring, surface preparation, finishing, alignment, shimming, modification, or other fitting work prior to installation or use.

I acknowledge that manufacturing tolerances, vehicle variations, previous modifications, aftermarket components, wear, repairs, and differences between individual vehicles or equipment may affect final fitment.

I further acknowledge that products intended for performance, racing, custom, prototype, or aftermarket applications are not supplied as direct OEM replacement parts unless expressly stated by Award Cycle in writing.

I agree that the need for reasonable minor adjustment, fitting work, finishing work, or installation preparation does not constitute a defect, fault, misrepresentation, warranty issue, or grounds for return, refund, replacement, chargeback, or compensation.

I accept responsibility for assessing the suitability of the product for my intended application and for carrying out, or engaging a suitably qualified person to carry out, any necessary fitting, adjustment, finishing, or installation work required.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Award Cycle, all dimensions, fitment references, photographs, renderings, technical drawings, and product descriptions are provided for guidance only and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances and variation.

5. Returns and Return Shipping

Where a return is approved by Award Cycle, I agree that I am responsible for all costs associated with returning the product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Return shipping charges;
• Freight charges;
• Insurance costs;
• Customs duties;
• Taxes;
• Import or export fees;
• Brokerage fees; and
• Any other costs associated with the return shipment.

All approved returns must be shipped to the return address specified by Award Cycle at the time return instructions are provided.

6. Incorrect Orders and Change of Mind Purchases

Where permitted by applicable law, products ordered incorrectly by the customer, products that are incompatible with the customer's application, or products returned due to a change of mind may only be returned subject to Award Cycle's return policy and approval.

The customer remains responsible for all return shipping and associated costs.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing my purchase, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this acknowledgement;
• I accept responsibility for determining product fitment and suitability;
• I accept responsibility for ensuring legal compliance within my jurisdiction;
• I understand that certain products may require minor fitting, adjustment, fettling, finishing, or installation preparation;
• I accept responsibility for all approved return shipping costs and associated fees;
• I understand that return shipments must be sent to the address specified by Award Cycle; and
• By ticking the box at checkout I agree to these terms as a condition of purchase.
